General Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the websites, learning platforms, and related services operated by Clouddev ("Clouddev", "we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to visitors, individual learners, and organizational representatives coordinating training.
Services Description
Clouddev provides instructor-led and blended learning experiences focused on cloud architecture practices, primarily aligned with Amazon Web Services. Deliverables include live sessions, mentor feedback where explicitly purchased, downloadable templates, and access to cohort communication channels during active programs.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information. Corporate buyers remain responsible for ensuring that each named participant is authorized to attend. You may not share credentials or resell access unless a written order permits seat transfers.
Intellectual Property
Curriculum materials, labs, rubrics, and recordings (when offered) are protected. Unless a separate license states otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal learning or internal professional development tied to the purchased cohort. You may not redistribute source files publicly, remove attribution, or host materials on unauthorized systems.
Acceptable Use
You will not interfere with other learners, attempt unauthorized access to Clouddev systems, upload malware, scrape mentor feedback channels, or use cohort forums for unsolicited commercial messaging. Violations may lead to removal without refund where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Training provides education, not guaranteed business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Contract Act and other applicable laws of Japan, Clouddev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on educational content. Direct damages are limited to amounts paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Kyoto shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes exceeding small-claims thresholds, except where consumers retain non-waivable rights to sue in their home jurisdiction.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting paid participants will be communicated via the email associated with the purchase. Questions about these policies: hello@clouddev.digital · +81 78-963-3819 · 158-1241, Hashimoto Yakeno, Yawata-shi, Kyoto, Japan
